Cookie policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Here is which ones we use and how to decide about them.

Cookies we use

They are required for the website and the panel to work, and do not need your consent.

Cookie Purpose Duration
sb-* Keeping you signed in to the panel Up to 400 days, or until you sign out
hp_consent Remembering your cookie choice 1 year
helpeen:session:* (local storage) In the Helpeen widget a company adds to its website: remembering your conversations with it 1 year, or until you clear your browser data

Analytics (only with your permission)

We use Google Analytics, by Google Ireland Limited, to know how many visits the website gets and which pages are read most. It only loads if you accept analytics cookies; otherwise nothing is downloaded from or sent to Google. It is only used on the public website, not in the panel.

Cookie Purpose Duration

_ga_<id> Keeping the state of the visit 2 years

Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More in Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

We do not use advertising cookies.

How to change your choice

You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, you will not be able to sign in to the panel.
